A few years ago, our flexible dual contained hose revolutionised the chemical dosing market with its light and supple material, which relies on capillary action rather than gravity to work, meaning it can be installed almost anywhere quickly and cost effectively.
Our latest product offering, IN-TRACE, which has been developed in conjunction with Copely Developments and Solco Pyroelec, can now transform the way you approach trace heating.
Quite simply, IN-TRACE is a self-regulating cable that sits INSIDE the dosing hose. In the same way that you wouldn’t put a radiator on the outside of your house, it makes sense to have the heating cable inside the hose.
When you place an order for PF Detect or Protectaflex, to include IN-TRACE, the hose comes with the FEP-covered cable already inside. It is chemical and water safe and is low wattage meaning the cable itself doesn’t get hot in the same way a traditional system does. In short, IN-TRACE offers a huge energy saving (it uses approximately one-third of the energy of standard systems), and it offers time and money savings because it comes pre-installed and all that is required is a simple connection to the control box and end termination.
IN-TRACE is now available to order in lengths up to 160m.
